Book development + ghostwriting collaboration:
Many authors carry a body of knowledge that is too complex to simply “write down.” Years of professional experience, research, and lived insight often require a collaborative process to shape that knowledge into a coherent and compelling book.
Andrea works with authors and thought leaders as a narrative partner in the development of manuscripts that carry intellectual depth, emotional resonance, and structural clarity. Depending on the needs of the project, this collaboration may include narrative architecture, developmental editing, or full ghostwriting partnership.
For some authors, this process begins with shaping the core ideas and intellectual framework that will organize the book. For others, it evolves into a close writing collaboration in which Andrea works alongside the author to translate their knowledge, voice, and expertise into a finished manuscript.
The goal is not simply to produce a book, but to help authors express the full depth of their work with clarity, coherence, and impact—creating writing that carries both authority and authenticity.

Narrative strategy + communication architecture:
Organizations are often doing extraordinary work, but the story of that work becomes fragmented across reports, newsletters, grant applications, and social media. Important knowledge exists, but it isn’t always organized into a clear narrative that reflects the full scope of its mission.
Andrea works with nonprofits, foundations, and community-based organizations to bring coherence to how their work is communicated. Drawing on ethnographic listening, research synthesis, and narrative strategy, she helps organizations translate complex programs, field experience, and institutional knowledge into clear, compelling storytelling that serves multiple audiences.
This work often includes shaping the narrative architecture behind an organization’s communications ecosystem—helping leaders understand how different forms of storytelling function across platforms. For example, what belongs in a donor report versus a community newsletter, how field stories can be documented as case studies, and how research, data, and lived experience can be woven into messaging for public education, social media, or institutional partnerships.
Rather than producing isolated pieces of content, the goal is to help organizations develop a cohesive narrative framework that reflects the depth of their work and communicates it with clarity, integrity, and cultural awareness.
Deliverables may include narrative strategy, case study development, impact documentation, bilingual publications, and long-form storytelling that supports both community education and institutional visibility.

Ethnographic documentation + impact storytelling:
Many transformative initiatives emerge from years of lived practice—community health programs, educational models, or grassroots movements that have grown organically through relationships and real-world experience. Yet translating this work into language that can be understood by broader audiences, institutions, or funders often requires a different kind of skill.
Andrea supports initiatives and research projects in documenting and articulating the deeper story of their work. Using an ethnographic approach, she works closely with leaders and practitioners to gather field knowledge, identify patterns, and shape the narrative that communicates both the impact and the philosophy behind the work.
This may involve documenting case studies, synthesizing research and lived experience, or helping initiatives translate apprenticeship-based or community-embedded knowledge into language that can be shared with donors, educational institutions, policymakers, and the public.
The result is storytelling that honors the lived reality of the work while making it accessible and meaningful to audiences beyond the immediate community.
