What We Can Do For You

We believe that communication strengthens community, builds bridges and sustains culture.

We collaborate with professionals and practitioners to create a book that carries intellectual weight and honors the true weight of your work.

We help nonprofits design a prismatic storytelling strategy ensuring every piece of communication reflects the same clear mission, voice, and impact.

We collaborate with healthcare communication departments to develop a matrix that reflects a unique facet of the same core message and use organizational development and change management to assist in brand transformations.

  • Book development + ghostwriting collaboration for memoirs and narrative nonfiction

We work as a narrative partner in the development of manuscripts that carry intellectual depth, emotional resonance, and structural clarity.

This collaboration may include narrative architecture, developmental editing, or full ghostwriting partnership.

The goal is to help authors express the full depth of their work with clarity, creating writing that carries both authority and authenticity.

  • Narrative strategy + communication architecture:

Organizations are often doing extraordinary work, but the story of that work becomes fragmented across reports, newsletters, grant applications, and social media.

Drawing on ethnographic listening, research synthesis, and narrative strategy, we help organizations translate complex programs, field experience, and institutional knowledge.

When it matters how the work is communicated so that it serves multiple audiences, we help shape the narrative arch of an organization’s stortelling ecosystem. Understanding how different forms of content function across platforms communicates the mission with integrity, and cultural awareness.

  • Healthcare industry, clinics and alternative or complimentary medicine providers have a unique set of challenges when it comes to communicating their brands and meeting their bottom lines.

We focus on strategic human-centered storytelling, active listening and ethnographic case studies to convey your most important messages.

With organizational and change management as part of our skillset, we have the expertise to guide a redesign, help solve complex communication problems and the fortitude to ensure sustainable success is at the heart of company culture.

Narrative Architecture Method

Immersive design

Through extended conversations, document review, and thematic exploration, we identify the underlying threads that give your work meaning and coherence.

Meaningful Patterns

Name the recurring themes, tensions, and breakthroughs hidden within the material. These patterns reveal the true structure of the narrative and the central argument, emotional arc, and the ideas that carry the greatest impact.

Strategic Storytelling

Shaping scholarly thinking into accessible prose, translating institutional knowledge into compelling storytelling, or transforming raw insights into a clear and persuasive narrative voice is the goal. Precisely expressed narratives that retains their depth.

Change Management

Designing a path toward sustainable and structured change for brands that are facing transformation is a key part of our process. We are able to help in organizational development processes and navigate resistance or internal cultural conflict with a human-centered approach.

Current Project
We care about the health and wellbeing of mothers and children and are working with initiatives in Latin America to improve health outcomes

Mujeres Aliadas provides community programs to provide reproductive services to more than 40 communities.

They offer a health center offering access to professional midwifery care as well as two birthing centers where women can give birth with dignity, comfort and safety.

And a professional midwifery education program that is 3 years of pedagogical training and 1 year of internship. It is based on core competencies for Professional Midwifery Practice of the North American Midwives Alliance (MANA) and the core documents of the International Confederation of Midwives (ICM).

Midwifery and Women’s Community Medicine in Latin America

A bold recentering of women’s health care.

The project is in collaboration with a traditional midwifery school that for 17 years has offered reproductive health services to women in small mountain pueblos. Following an apprenticeship model and training competent practitioners, it is now tasked with registering its program with the Mexican federal government. In order to award its students with a bacclaureatte level training, it must pass rigorous and data-heavy regulations.

Our partnership is designed to offer two things: assist in organizing materials that are human-centered to serve the community as well as establish credibility within the standard model of education. We will be working to express stories both present and evergreen from the data Mujeres Aliadas has collected over their (almost 2 decades) of serving women. These stories will be strive to be a bridge between traditional midwifery and allopathic medicine, community-focused care and evidence-based models.

Tackling standards is not the most difficult part of this project. Dismantling the walls of self-care, cultural shame and providing access to resources in a way that honors all women, all colors, all backgrounds is vital work. It is a cause worth fighting for and a connection worth repairing.

  • "Creative, reliable, and organized! I felt genuinely guided every step of the way."

    Thesis research publication

  • "It was my good fortune to find somebody schooled in science, Chinese medicine, nutrition, and yoga. Together, we were able to produce a manuscript that received very positive review from editors during its development. The most consistent feedback I heard was “what beautiful writing”.

    Manuscript ghostwriting

  • The narratives she creates are clear, compelling, and highly literate. She speaks to the reader as an equal, without pretense, flattery or presumption, and that builds bonds."

    Nonprofit communications

  • “Respect for the business processes; hits every deadline, communicates proactively if/when there’s a problem, juggles multiple projects, owns the work and shares the credit.”
